This page will guide you through the process of paying rent and bills, including council tax and setting up your gas, water, and electricity bills. Understanding and managing your financial responsibilities is important. These steps will help you stay on top of your finances.

Landlord and rent collection

Your landlord is HCBS. Haringey Council, through a management agreement, is responsible for collecting rent and charges for your property.

You will automatically receive a housing rent and charges card with a 15-digit reference number around 2 weeks after you move in. This card is essential for paying your rent.

It is vital you pay your rent on time to avoid falling behind. If you miss payments, we will notify you and request the overdue amount. Continued non-payment can lead to court proceedings and possible eviction.
